Between 6am and 11am local time, if Timi has at least 2 important things to tell you, it serves a recap briefing. Not tomorrow, not in an hour: this morning.

The morning briefing is one of three display modes of the CoachWidgetHome widget on your Home.

When does the briefing show?

Between 6am and 11am local time, only if Timi has at least 2 cards to offer that day.

What does a briefing look like?

• A headline — 3 things for this Tuesday (interpolated with the day of the week).
• 3 bullets max — the priority advice, extracted and condensed.
• A signed closer — Timi.

Why no more than 3 bullets?

Beyond that, it becomes an unreadable list. Timi is built to help you prioritise, not to see everything. If you want the full list, tap the headline — you open the /coach inbox showing all sorted cards.

The 3 widget modes on Home

1. Morning briefing — 6am-11am local + at least 2 cards → headline + 3 bullets + closer.
2. Carousel — otherwise, if at least 1 card → single card with left/right arrows, horizontal swipe, n/N indicator.
3. Idle (Timi tip) — no card to push → Timi shows an inspiration card so you never land on an empty widget. Tap ↻ to move to the next tip.

[!tip] The briefing is deterministic per day on purpose — if you refresh Home 3 times in the same morning, you see the same briefing. Rotation is keyed on dayOfYear.

[!note] Today, the briefing is in-app only — it shows when you open the app in the morning. There is no "8am briefing" push notification yet — it is on the roadmap (Phase 9).
