Legal Information
How Timint collects, processes and protects your data.
Last updated: 10 August 2026
Timint only collects data necessary for account creation, user journey management and service improvement.
Data is processed to deliver application features, personalise the experience, ensure security and comply with legal obligations.
Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Data is never sold. It may be shared with strictly supervised technical subcontractors for service operation.
When you consent to marketing trackers, Timint sends Google a cryptographic fingerprint (SHA-256) of your email address at the moment you sign up or submit a contact request, in order to measure how its advertising campaigns perform. That fingerprint is computed inside your browser: your email address is never transmitted in clear text, nor placed in a web address.
We also keep, for up to 90 days, the advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, msclkid and equivalents) contained in the address you arrive through when you come from an advertisement, so that a sign-up can be attributed to the campaign that prompted it.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), collected through the cookie banner. None of these transmissions takes place without that consent, and withdrawing it, which you may do at any time from the banner, stops them immediately. Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, with transfers outside the European Union covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses referred to above. This processing concerns the website and the Web App only, never the mobile application.
You have the right to access, rectify, object to, delete and port your data under applicable regulations. Contact: privacy@timint.app.
