The Timint Mobile App and the Timint Web App are two distinct surfaces of the same service. Although connected to the same user account, the same subscription base and the same data layer, they do not necessarily offer the same features at the same time.
Some features may be available first on the Mobile App (notably those tied to device sensors, push notifications, Apple/Google in-app purchases and certain personal productivity modules) before being adapted to the Web App when relevant.
Likewise, some features may be available first on the Web App (notably extended administrative surfaces, Stripe-based subscription funnels, long-form editing tools or partner workspaces) before being adapted to the mobile format.
The user acknowledges and accepts that this functional parity is progressive and is not guaranteed at any given point in time. The temporary absence of a feature on the Mobile App does not constitute a contractual breach as long as it remains accessible on the Web App (or vice versa) or through another Timint channel.
Subscription statuses, access rights (entitlements) and committed engagements are however shared between the two surfaces: an active subscription on one is honored on the other within the limits of the features present.
