Web App Terms of Use

Access and usage rules for the Timint Web App at https://business.timint.app.

Last updated: April 3, 2026

Scope

These terms apply to the Timint Web App accessible at https://business.timint.app.

They supplement the Common Framework for the Use of Timint Services as well as, where applicable, the GTC, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Marketplace Terms, and AI Assistant Terms.

Operator

The Timint Web App is operated by Les Artisans du Digital, 25 Rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, contact@lesartisansdudigital.fr.

The Web App is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Backend services and the associated database rely on Firebase and Cloud Firestore.

User Account

Access to personalized features of the Web App generally requires creating a Timint Account.

The user agrees to protect their credentials, not share their account, promptly inform the operator of any unauthorized use, and keep essential information up to date.

Authentication may be performed through available methods, including email or third-party providers.

Accessible Features

The Web App may enable: access to user account, use of Timint simulators and tools, viewing or activating paid offers, management of professional, financial or community elements, access to the Marketplace and AI assistant based on activated modules.

Certain features are reserved for eligible, subscribed, or properly verified users.

Feature Parity between Web App and Mobile App

The Timint Web App and the Timint Mobile App are two distinct surfaces of the same service. Although connected to the same user account, the same subscription base and the same data layer, they do not necessarily offer the same features at the same time.

Some features may be available first on the Mobile App (notably those tied to device sensors, push notifications, Apple/Google in-app purchases and certain personal productivity modules) before being progressively ported to the Web App when relevant.

Likewise, some features may be available first on the Web App (notably extended administrative surfaces, Stripe-based subscription funnels, long-form editing tools or partner workspaces) before being adapted to the mobile format.

The user acknowledges and accepts that this functional parity is progressive and is not guaranteed at any given point in time. The temporary absence of a feature on the Web App does not constitute a contractual breach as long as it remains accessible on the Mobile App (or vice versa) or through another Timint channel.

Subscription statuses, access rights (entitlements) and committed engagements are however shared between the two surfaces: an active subscription on one is honored on the other within the limits of the features present.

Subscriptions and Web Payments

When subscription is made through the Web App, payments are processed via integrated payment providers, notably Stripe.

Financial terms, renewal, cancellation, and applicable rights are governed by Timint's GTC.

Security and Browser Usage

The user acknowledges that proper functioning of the Web App requires a compatible and up-to-date browser, stable internet connection, and a reasonably secure technical environment.

It is the user's responsibility to protect their equipment, session, passwords, and local backups.

Trackers and Local Storage

The Web App may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar mechanisms for authentication, security, preference storage, and audience measurement or performance, subject to applicable consent rules.

These elements are detailed in the Cookie Policy.

Access Suspension or Restriction

Les Artisans du Digital may suspend all or part of Web App access in case of contractual breach, security risk, fraudulent or abusive use, maintenance, or regulatory constraint.

Intellectual Property

The Timint Web App, its interfaces, workflows, features, simulators, and technical elements are protected by intellectual property law.

Property rights on the solution are held by Jemitilab. Web App operation is managed by Les Artisans du Digital.
