Timint Community Charter

Purpose

The Timint community is a professional exchange space for sharing experiences, mutual assistance, and networking in personal and professional financial management.

This Charter defines the code of conduct applicable to all community spaces: public profiles, messaging, groups (Bubbles), reviews, comments, and interactions.

The Timint community is published and moderated by Les Artisans du Digital. Property rights relating to the Timint solution are held by Jemitilab.

Community Values

Respect: treat each member with courtesy and kindness. Authenticity: share truthful experiences and information. Mutual aid: contribute positively to the community. Professionalism: maintain a professional tone in exchanges. Confidentiality: respect other members' privacy.

Expected Behavior

Communicate constructively and respectfully. Share useful and verified information. Respect differences of opinion and background. Report inappropriate content or behavior. Protect other members' personal and financial information.

Prohibited Behavior

Harassment and discrimination: harassment, intimidation, threats, or insults. Discrimination based on origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other personal characteristic. Doxxing (disclosure of personal information without consent).

Inappropriate content: illegal, pornographic, violent, or hate-inciting content. Deliberate financial misinformation. Unqualified financial, legal, or tax advice presented as professional. Scams, pyramid schemes, fraudulent offers. Disguised advertising or spam.

Manipulation: creation of fake profiles or reviews. Manipulation of reputation or scoring systems. Identity theft. Incitement to conduct transactions outside the platform.

Privacy: sharing another member's financial data without consent. Capturing or distributing private messages without authorization. Disclosing confidential information obtained during a service.

Messaging Rules

Timint messaging uses end-to-end encryption. Despite this security, community rules apply to private messages, recipients may report abusive messages, and messaging harassment is prohibited and sanctioned.

Expert-Specific Rules

Experts must additionally: clearly state their qualifications, not make promises of financial results, specify the limits of their advice, respect professional confidentiality, and not engage in aggressive solicitation.

Moderation and Sanctions

Any member may report content or behavior through built-in reporting tools. Reports are treated confidentially.

Progressive sanctions: Level 1 (first minor offense) - warning. Level 2 (repeat or moderate offense) - temporary suspension (7 to 30 days). Level 3 (serious offense) - permanent account suspension. Level 4 (criminal offense) - suspension and report to authorities.

Sanctioned users may contest the decision by contacting contact@timint.app within 15 days.
